Soft touch keys do not work -GX60

I have not gotten a clear answer from anyone so, here's the basic detailed info.

I have the-

GX60 1AC-021us (Hitman Edition)
Running Windows (8.1)
No modifications, all stock (Only basic settings to customize performance)
