Z87-G45 Gaming BIOS Won't Flash

Hi,

I want to update my BIOS but it wont go.

I initialy try using the m flash utility iwthin the eufi.bios. It locked up and I thought my MOBO was vorked.

Luckily on restart I managed to boot up to windows straight away.

So I then tried the Forum Flash...
