Can't enter raid setup

I have a MSI z77 Mpower Mobo and I want to setup raid 1 with 2 drives. I repeatedly mash ctrl+i during POST and beyond but it always boots to windows (8). I've tried holding both keys and I've tried ctrl+L in case I was a lower case L. I can't seem...
