MSI GT60 Reset CMOS / Get rid of Bios PW

Hello there,

got my lovely GT60 here and it shipped out with a Bios PW. Not a EFI so it should be doable to reset the PW, am i right ? Can i just flash the newest bios over it or is there somewhere the CMOS battery ? thx !!!
