bootmgr is compressed...

Hi..
 I compressed a system disc C and i switched off my computer.. when i turn on this i saw a message on black screen''bootmgr is compressed press crtl+alt+del to restart'' ok. I pressed it.  the result was the same.. my problem is :
i can't find any...
