GT60-2PC Dominator 424 - Touch Issues

Hello all,

Just received my GT60 Dominator 424 about 2 weeks ago.  It seems that my touch enabled buttons above the keyboard are no longer working.  Has anyone experienced this?  Is there a feature somewhere that might disable the touch buttons?
