I just had a Driver IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL NDIS.SYS & Page fault in non paged area so I dont think so

any other ideas or if not do you have any idea yet as to what the problem may be ?

or should I just go ahead with the RMA (but need to know the cause ...
