MSI GE70 2OE Can't load BIOS

I wanted to install the latest BIOS version for my GE70 2OE but when I try to access my BIOS the screen remains stuck on the black screen with the MSI logo and just one underscore that is not blinking. It seems like it is stuck loading the BIOS page...
