[MSI-GT683 R] Won't Work Properly

I have this problem in my Laptop MSI GT683 R It won't turn on beyond the Initial Start up and automatically restarts after a while(Doesn't read the windows screen) anyone knows how to fix this? I can't even use Del or F3 or Alt F10 :/, If someone does ...
