GTX 960 gets stuck in low clocks

Product:
MSI GTX 960 Gaming 2G.

Error:
Card set to OC Mode.
While playing Skyrim on default settings, the card throttles down to 540MHZ.
This according to MSI gaming App.
The card won't go up again.

Only a full reboot of my system, and this bug is gone...
