I received my new R9 390 8gig. I set the factory OC and the card never reaches its set OC speed. Instead in varies between 300 MHz to 800 MHz. Very rarely does it hit the set 1060 MHz in high performance mode. And getting less the 60fps in DCS WORLD 1....
