No DirectX12 GX60 3BE in Windows 10 x64 8970M

Can anyone assist? I run dxdiag and it shows 11.2 not 12. For some reason, Windows10 doesn't see my 8970M and only the inbuilt display because it says my graphics is HD 8650G
