i cheated on h.50 bios but i want her back can someone hook me up?

hey guys, so i updated to h.60 this morning... i wish i didnt.  h.50 was completely stable on the settings i want to run, h.60 is bsod'ing me to hell and back.
can someone point me to h.50 download and maybe explain how to rollback bios, plz?  if u don...
