I can only speculate there is something screwball with that RAM. The one CPU-Z reading I have never seen fail to report correctly so far is the 'live' 'active' Memory Tab for DDR speed and timings.

My point is the RAM he has is 'rated' to run 9 9 9 24, and in some slots it is running 11 11 11 28 which makes no sense at all. I fully know what JEDEC specs are thank you very much.
