Is the GTX680 MSI at least?

Try to update the bios of your ASUS motherboard.

Did that Intel tuning tool come with your MB ? If not, don't you think that the Intel tuning tool that was designed to cater for genuine Intel boards may cause anomalies with a MSI board ?

I tried again with windows7 and Its not solved. There is already unchecked "Maximum Memory" option in msconfig, boot tab. i setup again windows 7 64bit and i got total video memory 708MB on dxdiag. ;-((

This board is picky with memory. Works well with matched (dual channel) modules either 2x512 or 2x1024. If the modules are not identical it's hit and miss.

double check that BIOS & EC are properly flashed, look in BIOS Setup system info for confirmation.

I have something to add...
When I am starting my computer I have those horizontal lines, artifacts, whateveryou call it (Exactly as shown in the wideo), too. Ofc that leads to Windows failing to boot and crashing with a blue screen blaming the graphics...

Try running intel burn test on maximum, watch the temps and see if it is stable for 10 passes on max.
(Just to make sure)

Then try increasing the gpu voltage slightly w/ afterburner or even max out the gpu voltage and power level just for a test.

just to be curious. does this tests means anything? what if it crash after 20 different benchmarks apps ? :S
